Welcome to AABLUEBOOK. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AABLUEBOOK mobile application and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Anonymity and Disclaimer

AABLUEBOOK is a companion tool for individuals in recovery. It is not a substitute for the guidance of a sponsor, a home group, or professional treatment. We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc. or any other 12-step fellowship.

User Conduct

You agree to use AABLUEBOOK only for its intended purpose of personal recovery support. You will not use the app to harass, threaten, or impersonate other users. You acknowledge that AABLUEBOOK is a private space and any use of the interactive features should be respectful of all members.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the app are the exclusive property of AABLUEBOOK. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our app without our written consent.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the AABlueBook app, you agree to these Terms of Service. This app is owned and operated by AABlueBook, 1603 CAPITOL AVE, STE 415, PMB 652227, CHEYENNE, WY 82001.

2. Subscriptions

AABlueBook offers "Premium Access" via two subscription tiers:

Monthly: $1.99 per month
Yearly: $19.99 per year

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. Virtual Currency & In-App Games

Virtual Coins: AABlueBook offers virtual coins that can be purchased or earned through gameplay. Important terms:

Coins are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value
Coins cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real money
Coins can only be used within the app for games, power-ups, and virtual items
Coin purchases are final and non-refundable
Unused coins have no value if your account is deleted

In-App Games: AABlueBook includes entertainment games (poker, arcade games, etc.) that use virtual coins:

All games are for entertainment purposes only
Games do not involve real money gambling or payouts
Coin winnings have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn
Game outcomes may involve chance and are not guaranteed
You must be 18+ to play games

Separation from Subscription: Virtual coins are separate from your Premium subscription. Premium features are unlocked via subscription only and cannot be purchased with coins.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. All refunds are handled exclusively by Apple; AABlueBook does not have the authority to issue refunds directly. Virtual coin purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

Use the app for any illegal purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer the AABlueBook software
Manipulate coin balances or game outcomes through unauthorized means
Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
Share account credentials with others

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the virtual currency system.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AABlueBook is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, error-free performance, or specific game outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

AABlueBook is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of virtual coins, game results, or technical malfunctions.
